Developed by the US Green Building Council, the LEED-rating system offers a road map for owners and design teams to come to a holistic view on the total environmental impact of a building.

Earn 26 points, and you come out with a Bronze LEED-certified building. Accrue 33 points to achieve Silver, 39 to reach Gold, and 52 to be awarded Platinum—the highest ranking possible.
