EPOXSY SYSTEMS—Commercial & Industrial Flooring Experts
What appears strong and unyielding is porous. So traffic wears it down. Water leaks in and degrades it from within. Chemicals penetrate the pores and attack the paste. At Epoxy Systems, we transform your existing floor into a custom-tuned powerhouse.
Choose your own path. Epoxy flooring utilizes state-of-the-art resin technology to give you endless possibilities in the finished product. We’ll evaluate the condition of your floor. Then match the texture, color, and durability to reflect your use, aesthetic ends, and cleaning regimen.

Epoxies are polymer materials that begin as liquids and convert to solid polymers in a chemical reaction. Applications are multi-layered and include coatings, adhesives, and composite materials like carbon fiber and glass-reinforced plastic.
Performance
Before you put down a floor, think about what your facility demands. Epoxy floors can be fine-tuned to fit the existing substrate condition, your desired maintenance regimen, traffic conditions, wet or dry environments, and even chemical and UV exposure. Known for its excellent adhesion, chemical and heat resistance, epoxy flooring also offers improved mechanical properties and electrical insulation.
Eye appeal
Most seamless flooring systems offer virtually unlimited design possibilities. Pick your color, design, gloss rating, and finish texture. We can pigment the epoxy matrix, use a clear matrix with a colored aggregate, or apply a combination of the two to achieve nearly any flooring color.
Cost
A liquid applied floor improves your bottom line for the long term. Decrease future downtime and increase the life expectancy of your floor with one seamless solution.
Epoxy Systems is a certified contractor for the leading manufacturers in the industry, including General Polymers, Key Resin, and Dur-A-Flex.

We start by diamond grinding the concrete for a smooth, even surface, then work with the unique properties of the concrete to create a singular colored effect. Natural ingredients, composition and placement enhance the final appearance, and a final finish gives you a polished, dust-free seal.
See the benefits of dyed concrete from the start of the project to years after the finish. During the polishing and dying process, you'll have very limited work area downtime and a dust-free atmosphere in your facility. The result is beautiful, durable, and easy to maintain. And you can save thousands in floor maintenance and upkeep in the long term.
Epoxy Systems is a certified contractor for the patented RetroPlate and FGS/PermaShine systems .
Make a lasting effect. Our concrete sealer, hardener and dust-proofing formulas go deep to stabilize the floor surface and ensure your concrete reaches full strength. This process locks in salt, prevents the release of dust, and results in a flawless, low satin sheen.

Using a patented formula that penetrates deep into the floor surface, we seal concrete, masonry, and other cement-based materials into a solid mass. This creates a final finish that's resistant to traffic and easy to maintain. Rather than eroding, the floor surface actually self polishes. So the more the floor is used, the better it looks.
Our sealer also acts as an effective curing agent when applied immediately after the finishing operation, so that the concrete is stable and meets or exceeds its design strength.
Epoxy Systems is a certified installer of the most widely specified and used liquid concrete densifier, sealer, and hardener in the world, the Ashford Formula.

Demolition
With the employment of the most powerful floor scraper available on the market today, demolition of VCT, ceramic tile, carpet, sheet vinyl and other flooring is fast and economical. We’ll handle the disposal as well if needed.
Diamond grinding
Diamond grinding cleans and abrades the substrate surface, removing even the thickest of coatings and mastics. The floor ends up smooth and prepped for many different kinds of flooring products.
Shot-blasting
Shot-blasting is the process of blasting a concrete surface with steel shot at a high velocity. This removes contamination and soft concrete to unveil a mechanical profile for improved bonding. The concrete dust is removed by a powerful dust collection system. This eliminates the use of harsh, non eco-friendly chemicals.
MVT (Moisture Vapor Transmission) Remediation
Moisture Vapor Tests coming out too high? We have many, many options available to us in the resinous flooring industry to reduce the MVT from as high as 14 psi to as low as 1.5 psi. by applying coatings or cementitious overlays. If the MVT rate is not below the manufacturer’s recommended level, not only will there be problems if the flooring is put down anyway, the manufacturer will void the warranty. In most cases, we can guarantee the level to below manufacturer’s requirements.
Start a warming trend. Installed under any flooring surface, a low-voltage electric radiant heating system warms the whole room from the ground up. It’s efficient, quiet, safe and reliable. And it gives you the most consistent room temperature from floor to ceiling compared with any other system.

Our low-voltage radiant heating systems are efficient, custom-designed, quiet, safe, and reliable. Installed under your floor, low voltage radiant heat passes through the floor and continues to heat other objects in the room (tables, chairs, and people). The energy continues to heat the room and its objects up to the ceiling.
Best of all, this works under any surface, including marble, slate, carpet, hardwood, and tile.
We install WarmQuest radiant heating systems.
